OEM Profile

The OEM Profile page is used to identify the Ayla customer's company and perform various OEM-related actions that are applied to the devices and used within the Ayla Customer Dashboard.

NOTE

OEM Profile settings and configurations are applied to features and functions throughout the dashboard.

Following are the configuration tabs available from the OEM Profile:

  • Profile: Basic company information.
  • Apps: Available company-configured applications for customers.
  • SMTP Settings: One or more SMTP configurations and settings.
  • Email Templates: Available email templates to notify designated recipients.
  • Third-Party Login: Available third-party log-in credentials. With the OEM Admin role, you can create, update, and delete entries for new third-party providers.
  • Partner Services: Partner clouds that are associated with the customer.
  • Trigger Intervals: Trigger settings for actions to occur based on intervals.
  • OAuth Applications: List of configured OAuth applications.
  • Data Export: Available S3 AWS credentials for Ayla Export (retrieves device events) to view and reset.
  • Multi-Factor Auth: List of applications configured for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) at login for OEM users. With the OEM Admin role, you can enable, edit, and delete MFA security settings.
